I'm Naomi Reid, a seasoned shoe designer and design director. I create fresh, on-brand products and possess a wealth of experience in all technical aspects of footwear production, sketching & material development. As a skilled team leader I've successfully managed small to large design teams both domestically and overseas.
A designer with a strong point of view and a disciplined eye.
I create footwear that feels modern and effortless,
with refined proportions, beautiful materials and the one detail
that makes a style memorable.
In the last nine years I've navigated the entrepreneurial landscape, founding Bird of Flight, a footwear brand sold nationally in over 55 boutiques and DTC from my site. This journey has been a tremendous teacher, equipping me with invaluable insights and skills that I am ready to bring to your new collection!
